Jay Ambe Mandap Service

We are over here at Plot No 107 on Vasna Road. Most days start early when the sun isn't too hot yet. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the back of the yard like those big metal poles for the tents and all the heavy colored cloth. Ranga Rao Road is usually busy near the 1/200 turn so we have to be careful when we back the trucks in. It is just a regular place where we get everything ready for events. Sometimes the wind gets strong and we have to double check all the ties on the mandaps. People come by and ask if we are free for their dates and we just look at the big notebook we keep on the desk. It’s a bit messy with tea stains but it works for us. My cousins help out with the heavy lifting because those wooden stages are not light at all. We spend a lot of time cleaning the chairs after they come back from a wedding because there is always some spilled food or mud on the legs. It’s hard work and our hands get pretty rough from handling the ropes and the metal. The shop isn't fancy, just a room with some benches and the storage area behind it. We have been in this spot for a while now and most people around Vasna Road know where to find the gates of Plot 107.
