Invincible Vip Events

We are based out of Kalpvrux Appartment on Gotri Road. Specifically, it's 31 B in Jaldhara Society. It’s tucked behind St Colony here in Vadodara 390021, near the Kalpvrux Appartment Gotri Road side. Invincible Vip Events is what we call it, though it’s really just a few of us working from this location. We focus on putting events together for people in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when we need to focus on planning. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of employees. It’s more of a personal setup. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and making phone calls to vendors. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly chasing people down, but that’s the nature of the job. Gotri Road is a busy area, but our specific corner in the society is a bit more relaxed. We handle various types of gatherings. We started this because we liked seeing things come together. It isn't always smooth; things go wrong and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just how events work. We don't have any polished corporate lines to give you. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Most of our clients are local folks from Vadodara who heard about us from someone else. It has been that way for a while now. We keep our files organized but the office always has scraps of paper and notes everywhere. It’s just how we work.
