Our place is at 20 Om Park Society in Akota. It’s right near the Andra Bank, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Innovative Events & Promotions started because we wanted to do something local here in Vadodara. The office is really just a part of the house we converted, so it feels very much like a home. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes. Promotions can be a bit chaotic, so the office often looks like a bit of a whirlwind went through it. We do a lot of the legwork ourselves. It involves a lot of driving around and meeting people at different venues. When we are actually in the office, we’re usually trying to get the paperwork in order or making phone calls to vendors. Akota is a nice area, fairly central for us. We’ve been here a while now and most of the neighbors know what we do. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren’t. We’re just a small team trying to pull off events without too much drama. It’s practical work. Sometimes things go perfectly, and sometimes we have to scramble to fix a problem at the last minute. That’s just the nature of it. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the job done without overcomplicating the details.
