Hippopotamus Designs

You can find us at Hippo House on RV Desai Road. We named the building ourselves because we wanted something easy to remember for Hippopotamus Designs. It’s located right on the main RV Desai Road, so it’s not hard to spot. The building is a bit unique compared to the others on the street. It’s our main workspace where we handle all our design ideas and projects. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules here. We dress casually and keep the atmosphere relaxed. The walls are covered in sketches and notes, and there’s always a bit of clutter on the tables. That’s just how we work best. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We’d rather focus on the projects we have in front of us. Being on RV Desai Road is great because there are plenty of little cafes and shops nearby when we need a break. We’ve been here for a while and have become a bit of a fixture in the neighborhood. People often recognize the Hippo House name. We keep our doors open and our process simple. There’s no mission statement on the wall, just a bunch of people who enjoy creating things. It’s a humble setup, but it’s exactly what we need to stay productive. We just take things one day at a time in our little house on the road.
