Our place is in room 611 of the Silverline Complex. We are right beside the World Trade Center in Sayaji Ganj, which is a very central part of the city. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of traffic and people. Harbour Tours has been operating from this building for a while now. It is a small office, mostly filled with maps, old brochures, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out how people can get from one place to another. It is a lot of coordination, especially when flights or buses get delayed. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about traveling around. We don't have a big call center or anything like that. When you call, you usually talk to the same person every time, which makes things easier. We try to be practical and tell people the truth about their travel plans, even if it is not exactly what they want to hear. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of bookings to manage, but we always make it work. Sayaji Ganj is a good place to be because everything is close by. We just focus on getting the bookings right and helping folks out.
