Get It Together Events

We started Get It Together Events here in Vadodara, right on Okalipuram Road. It’s a busy spot to be, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. Our space is usually filled with all sorts of things like stacks of chairs, rolls of fabric, and decorative lights waiting for the next job. Planning an event sounds like a big deal, but for us, it’s mostly about making sure the small things show up on time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at calendars to keep everything straight. The road outside is often packed with traffic, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully so we don't get stuck. It’s not a polished office environment; there are usually boxes everywhere and sketches of floor plans sitting on the desks. We work with a lot of local vendors around the Vadodara area, and we’ve come to know who can get things done. It’s a lot of physical work, moving equipment around and setting things up under the sun. We don't have a fancy mission, we just like to see everything come together at the end of the day. Every job is different, which keeps us busy and keeps things interesting. It is just a small team of us trying to make sure things go as planned for people. Sometimes we’re still untangling strings of lights long after the sun has gone down and the road finally gets quiet.
