Fantasia Events

Our spot is in Gayatri Chamber over in Alkapuri. If you know where the Rajpath Hotel is, we are located right near there. Vadodara is a good city for this kind of work because there is always something going on in the neighborhoods. We spend most of our time at 503-1, organizing things and making long lists for the week. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies in the back room. Sometimes the tea guy comes by in the afternoon and that is the highlight of our day. We are not a huge operation at Fantasia Events, just a few of us trying to get things done right. The office is not anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we manage with the fans. People usually find us because they live nearby or they have seen our name around Alkapuri. We do not spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of the stuff we do is just steady, honest work. You can usually find someone here during the day, unless we are all out helping with a setup somewhere else in the city. It has been a few years now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We keep it pretty simple. No big speeches, just doing the job as it comes.
