Face To Face

Our office is on the 1st floor of Sapna House, which is right above Apna Bazar in Vishwas Colony. Alkapuri is a busy place, so being tucked away upstairs is actually quite nice for us. We have been at number 20 for quite some time now. The stairs can be a bit steep if you are not used to them, but most of our visitors don't seem to mind much. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and a lot of folders piled up. We like it that way because it feels comfortable and lived-in. It is not one of those modern offices with glass walls and no privacy. Here, we can sit down and actually talk to people properly. That is why we called it Face To Face, I guess. We deal with people directly every day. It is mostly just us sitting in the office, answering the phone, and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't have a big marketing plan or any glossy brochures. We just try to be honest and do what we say we are going to do. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign above the supermarket and come on up. We are usually here from morning until the market closes, and we are happy to have a chat.
