Our spot is on Makarpura Road, in the Silver Coin building, which is SB-3. It’s a pretty easy place to find because Bhavan’s School is right across the street. During the mornings and afternoons, the whole area is full of school buses and parents picking up their kids. It makes for a lot of noise, but it also makes the place feel alive. Dhara Arts Entertainment has been here for a bit now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some computers and a lot of cables running across the floor. We do a lot of our work on the phone or sitting at the desks, planning things out. Raipur Kankaria Road is also right there, so we are at a bit of a junction. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in if we leave the door open too long. We have some old posters on the walls and stacks of flyers that never seem to go away. It’s a functional space, meant for working rather than showing off. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the traffic. When people come to visit, they usually complain about the traffic on Makarpura Road, and we just nod because we know exactly what they mean. It’s a busy life here, but we are used to the pace of this neighborhood and the constant hum of the city.
