If you find yourself in the Makarpura Industrial Estate, you’ll find us on the first floor of building 951/5. It’s right across from Erda House on Erda Road. This part of Vadodara is all about industry and getting things done, so it fits what we do at Corporate Citizen. It’s a busy area with trucks moving around and a lot of work happening at all hours. Our office is a practical space where we handle the business side of things. We aren't tucked away in some shiny glass tower; we are right here in the G.I.D.C. where the real work happens. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we feel at home. We spend our hours coordinating with different groups and making sure the schedules line up. It’s a lot of administrative work and staying on top of emails. Being in an industrial zone means we understand the pace of trade and labor. We don’t try to act like we’re something we aren't. We’re just a group of people who know how to manage tasks for other businesses. You’ll usually find us at our desks, surrounded by folders and lunch boxes. We work through the heat and the rain just like everyone else in this estate. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we don't mind the noise from the street.
