City Light Events

Our place is located in D-202 Kanha Luxria on Waghodia Road in Vadodara. If you are looking for us, we are on the road that leads to Solace Hospital, near the Darshan Upvan area. It’s a nice part of town, and we’ve been based here for some time now. We don't have a storefront on the main road; we work out of the apartment complex, which keeps things a bit quieter for us during the day. Most of what we do involves setting up for events all around Vadodara. We have a lot of stuff that we have to lug around, like lights and decorations, so we are often loading and unloading vans downstairs. It’s hard work and it gets dusty, but it’s what we do for a living. We are just a small group of people who know how to put things together. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just look at the space we have to work with and try to make it look decent for whatever party or gathering is happening. Sometimes we stay up late finishing a setup, and other times we are up at dawn to take it all down. Waghodia Road is a good base for us because we can get to most parts of the city fairly easily from here. We just try to be practical and help people out when they have an event coming up. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't.
