Arthaai Engineers

We are located on the 1st floor of house number 29 in Swami Baug Society. It's near Deep Chambers in the Manjulpur area. Being in a society means it's a bit more relaxed than a big industrial park. Arthaai Engineers is a small operation. We have a couple of rooms where we do all our planning and drawing. The office has a lot of sunlight coming in, which is nice during the winter. We spend most of our time looking at technical specs or talking to clients on the phone. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the landing is usually full of boxes we haven't moved yet. We aren't a corporate firm with a glass front door. It’s just a regular place where we work hard. Manjulpur is a good area, and we’ve been here for a while now. We know the neighbors and the local shops. Sometimes we go downstairs to the small stall for some snacks in the evening. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the final designs. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no need for anything fancy when the work speaks for itself. We just show up every day and do what needs doing, making sure the drawings are right and the client is okay with the plan we made for them.
