Swarnagiri Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at the home of Kalappa Rajnala. We are in the post area of Koralahalli, which is part of Mundaragi Taluk. It’s a very personal setup since we’re operating out of a local residence. This makes it easy for our members to stop by whenever they have a concern or just want to chat about the harvest. We don't have an office in the city or anything like that. Everything happens right here in Koralahalli. We handle the paperwork for the producer company on the same table where we eat our lunch. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We know everyone who walks through the door by their first name. Mundaragi can be a tough place to farm, so we all stick together to make sure things go smoothly. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated systems. It’s mostly just honest conversations and keeping track of what everyone is growing. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and we don’t have set hours most of the time. If the lights are on, someone is usually there to help out. We’re proud to be a part of this community and to have our base here in Kalappa’s place. It’s not a corporate headquarters, but it’s exactly what we need to get the job done for our local farmers.
