Shri Veerabhadreshwara Farmers Producer Private Limited is based in Sirsi, which is a beautiful part of Uttara Kannada. We are located in Malanji, near the Kuppagadde post office. This area is very different from the dry plains because it is very green and receives a lot of rain. Our company name comes from the local culture, and we take our work with the farmers seriously but without any corporate ego. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Being in a place like Sirsi means we are surrounded by hills and forests, and the farmers here grow things like areca nut and spices. We spend our days coordinating with the producers and making sure their goods are accounted for. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with members. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around, but we manage. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just local people who know the land and want to help the farmers get a fair deal. We don't have a list of core values on the wall, we just try to be honest and work hard. It’s a quiet life in Kuppagadde, but there is always something to be done. We appreciate the pace of life here and the way people treat each other with respect.
