We are Murdeshawar Rithad Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our home base is with Kisan Kundlik in Aarurithad. It is a small setup, nothing fancy at all. We are basically a collective of farmers from this area who wanted to have more control over our work. Being in Aarurithad, we are right in the middle of the farming community, which is exactly where we need to be. We don't spend money on big advertisements or expensive offices. Most of our meetings happen right there at Kisan Kundlik’s place. It’s a very local operation. We talk about seeds, rain, and prices. It’s a tough business, but doing it together makes it a bit more manageable. We aren't corporate people with degrees in management. We are people who have spent our lives on the land. That's why the company feels more like a gathering of neighbors than a formal business. We handle the paperwork and the sales collectively. It saves us time and hopefully gets everyone a better deal. The address is easy to find if you live around here. We just do our work day by day and try to keep things moving. There’s always something to fix or someone to talk to about their harvest. It’s a busy life, but it’s our life. We’re just a bunch of farmers in Rithad trying to do things the right way for our families and the town. It takes a lot of effort but we are getting there slowly.
