Sagar Family Veg Restaurant

We are Sagar Family Veg Restaurant, located in the Freeganj area of Ujjain. Our place is right near the Bhaskar Office at the U Turn Chauraha. It’s a spot where a lot of people pass by every day. We decided to do a vegetarian restaurant because that's what we know best. It’s a family-run kind of thing. You won't find any meat here, just simple veg dishes. We opened up in Freeganj because it's a central part of town and easy for families to get to. The restaurant isn't very large, but we make it work. We have a few tables and a small kitchen in the back. Most of the time, it's just a few of us running around taking orders and bringing out food. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just put a sign out front and wait for people to come in. Some days it’s really busy, especially during the festivals when Ujjain gets crowded. We see a lot of locals who stop by for a quick bite after work. It’s a plain, no-frills place. We focus on keeping the kitchen clean and the food hot. We like being in this part of Ujjain. The U Turn Chauraha is always lively, and there is always something to look at out the window. It’s just a normal job for us, and we try to do it right every day for everyone who visits.
