You will find us at 20 Bhaktawar Marg in the Freeganj area of Ujjain. We are right near the Madhav Nagar Police Station, which makes it a very easy landmark for people to find. We have been here for some time now, and we just go about our business every day. The restaurant is a straightforward place for people to come and have a meal. It's not a big fancy hall, just a regular dining area with chairs and tables. Freeganj is a busy part of Ujjain, so there are always people walking past the door. We see a lot of the same people every week, folks who work in the nearby offices or shops. We spend the morning doing the prep work in the kitchen, cutting onions and getting the spices ready. When it gets to lunch time, we are usually running around quite a bit. It’s a simple life, just making sure everyone gets their food and is satisfied. We don't have any corporate rules or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us working here. We keep the water cold and the food hot. Sometimes the police from next door come in for a quick tea or a snack between their shifts. It’s a friendly enough spot, nothing too special, just a place to eat in the middle of town. We try to keep the place clean but it gets dusty with all the traffic on the road outside. That’s just part of being in Ujjain.
