Manish Restaurants is situated out on the Ujjain Bypass in Nagda. We have been a stop for people traveling on this road for a lot of years now. When you are driving a long way, you often just want a place where you can sit down for a bit and get a real meal without a lot of waiting. That is exactly what we try to provide. Our building is large enough to fit families and groups who are traveling through this part of Madhya Pradesh together. We don't have any of the fancy designs or modern stuff that you see in the city restaurants. It is just a solid place with plenty of fans to keep the air moving and a kitchen that stays busy. We serve the kind of local food that people in Nagda and Ujjain like to eat. The tea is always hot and we try to keep the drinking water as cold as possible for the travelers. It is a simple operation run by just a few of us. We don't use big words to talk about our food. It is just regular cooking. Some days the bypass is quiet and we just wait for the next car, while other days are so busy we can't sit down. We just take it as it comes. If you see our sign on the bypass, feel free to stop in.
