Empyrean Restaurant

We are sitting up on the 4th floor of the Hotel Suryodaya building. It is right there on Indore Road in the Nanakheda part of Ujjain. Most people know the area because of the Maa Kalika Dairy nearby or the Shubash Nagar Square. Being on the fourth floor means you have to head up, but it is not too much trouble once you get used to the stairs or the lift. Out here in Nanakheda, the roads stay pretty busy with people moving toward the main parts of the city. We have been here for a bit now, just doing our thing day in and day out. The building itself is easy to spot if you are looking for the hotel sign from the road. We usually see a lot of local folks stopping by after they finish their work or when they are passing through this side of town. It is not a very fancy setup, just a regular place where we keep things running. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the peak hours near the square, but it is just how it is in this neighborhood. We keep the doors open and try to make sure everything is ready for whoever walks in. It is mostly just us working here, making sure the tables are wiped down and things are in order. Nothing too complicated, just a local spot on the Indore Road that people seem to know by now.
