We are right on the National Highway Road in Padubidri. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes through here every single hour. Shree Kateel Tours And Travels is just a small spot along that busy stretch. It gets quite dusty with all the trucks and buses flying past, so we are always cleaning the windows and the table. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people. Some are just passing through and need a quick ride, while others are locals we have known for years. We do a lot of driving back and forth to Udupi city. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to sit and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in. We don't use any fancy software to manage our trips; we just use a wall calendar and a pen to write names down. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside in the shade of the building until it comes back on.
