Our office is tucked away on the first floor of the Service Bus Stand Building in Udupi, specifically at Shop Number 19. It’s a lively spot to be because the whole building is always buzzing with people catching buses or waiting for someone to arrive. Being right near the Mythri Complex and the KSRTC stand means there is never a quiet moment. We spend most of our time at the desks, talking to people about where they need to go and how to get there. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just walk-ins looking for a quick ticket. The walls have a few old calendars and maps pinned up. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a regular travel office where we try to keep things moving. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long from our window. People come in with all kinds of luggage and stories about their trips. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but the bus stand remains the heart of it. We mostly deal with bookings and planning routes for whoever walks through the door. It gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we manage. If you are looking for us, just head up the stairs in the main bus stand block. We are usually here from morning until the last few buses leave.
