Pruthvi Tourism

Pruthvi Tourism is located in the Brudhavana Commercial Complex. We are at shop number 108. This complex is right in the heart of Udupi, very close to the City Bus Stand. Because of that, we see a lot of travelers every single day. Some are just passing through and want to know about local spots, while others are looking to book a longer trip. The office isn't very large. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their plans. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fan going full speed. Being near the bus stand means it is never really quiet. You can always hear the conductors shouting out destinations and the sound of engines. We have been here at Brudhavana for a while now. Most of our furniture is a bit worn out from use, but it does the job. We don't spend much on decorations. We have some maps pinned up and some brochures tucked into a rack by the door. People know they can just walk in and ask questions without a lot of fuss. It is a local business and we run it in a way that feels comfortable for us and the people who live around here. We just take things one booking at a time and try to keep our records straight. The door sticks a little when it’s raining.
