Our office is right at the Service Bus Stand in Udupi, which is a very central place to be. We are positioned directly opposite the Clock Towers, so we have a great view of the center of town. It is a very lively spot, with buses arriving and departing constantly and people rushing around everywhere. We have been operating from this location for quite a long time, helping locals and tourists with their travel needs. The office isn't much to look at, just a simple counter and some space for people to wait. We don't really go for anything fancy; we just want to make sure people can get their tours booked and get on their way. Being at the bus stand means we are always in the thick of things. We hear the clock tower chime every hour, which helps us keep track of the time during a busy shift. Most of our days are spent talking to drivers and organizing trips around the local area. It is a hands-on kind of business where we deal with people face-to-face all day. We don't use any polished sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what is available and help them find a seat on the next tour. It’s a very local, practical way to run a travel shop in Udupi. We enjoy the energy of being right in the middle of everything and helping out visitors.
