Vikram Tent Decorators

We stay busy over on Sajjan Garh Road at number 75. Being on Dudhia Ganeshji Marg means we get a lot of people stopping by to talk about their events. We mostly handle the tents and the basic decorations for weddings or local gatherings. It’s hard work, mostly moving heavy poles and big rolls of fabric around in the heat. We have a crew that goes out and sets everything up. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice and we have to move fast to make sure everything stays dry. Vikram Tent Decorators isn't a fancy office. It’s more of a warehouse where we store all our stuff. We have different colored cloths and various types of lighting rigs. Nothing too over the top, just what people usually ask for. Most of our jobs come from word of mouth around the neighborhood. Someone sees a tent we put up and asks who did it. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just focus on getting the poles straight and the fabric tight. It’s physical work and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the day. We’ve been doing this for years, so we know the local spots where people like to hold their functions. It’s a steady living and we like being part of the celebrations around here. We have a small desk where we write down all the bookings in a big notebook.
