Sangawat Traders

We are located at Hathipole 1, which is a well-known area for anyone living around here. Sangawat Traders has been in this spot for quite some time, dealing with various goods that the locals need for their daily lives. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with a heavy metal shutter. Inside, it’s a bit dim and smells like the different materials we store, but we like it that way. We don't have those bright fluorescent lights or air conditioning that the big stores have. It’s just us and the stock. We spend our days helping people find specific items, whether it's hardware or general supplies. Sometimes we run out of something and have to tell the customer to come back in two days, and usually, they don't mind. We prefer talking to people face-to-face rather than over a phone or a computer. The street outside is always full of cows, bikes, and people, which makes for a lively atmosphere while we work. We don't have a grand vision or a fancy title; we’re just traders trying to provide what the neighborhood asks for. It’s a bit of a tight space when three or four people are inside at once, but we make it work. Most of our regulars have been coming here since we first opened the doors, and we appreciate that they still choose our small counter.
