We are located at 2 Bhatt Ji Ki Bari, which is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main highways. It’s a family-run operation, and you can usually tell as soon as you walk in. There’s usually a couple of us sitting around the main table, probably arguing about where we left a specific set of keys or a certain file. My father started this, and we’ve just kept it going the same way he did, without much interest in changing how things work. The office feels more like a living room sometimes, with old photos on the walls and a radio that only picks up one station clearly. We deal with people we’ve known for years, so a lot of our business is done over a quick chat rather than formal contracts. We aren't interested in all that corporate talk or trying to look like something we aren't. We just move goods and keep our word to the people who trust us. The building itself is older, and the floor creaks a bit when you walk towards the back. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we like it that way. It’s a simple existence, focused on family and the work that needs doing every day. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy words for us, so what you see is pretty much what you get when you stop by.
