If you go down to Udaipole City Station Road, you’ll find Pic & Move Chinese Fast Food & Chicken Corner. It’s right where all the noise and the travelers are. We get a lot of people coming from the station who are just hungry and want something quick. It’s a busy spot. We’re usually sweating over the stove or cleaning up tables. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. The name is a bit long, but people just call us the chicken corner usually. We’ve got the regular chairs and tables you’d expect. Nothing matches perfectly, but it works. We started this because we liked the energy of the station road. There’s always something happening outside the door. We aren’t chefs with big hats, just people who know how to cook the food people like. Sometimes we run out of stuff by the end of the night if it’s been a crazy day. We try to keep up with the crowd. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours on our feet. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the smell of the food and the location to bring people in. It’s a simple life. We cook, we serve, and we clean. That’s what we do every single day here in Udaipole. It’s hard work, but seeing people finish their plates makes it feel worth it at the end of the night.
