Rays Culinary Delights

We set up Rays Culinary Delights over at 3 Paneri Upwan on Bedla Road. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. The office is basically where all the planning for our food projects happens. We have a small kitchen area where we test things out, so it often smells like spices or whatever we are working on that day. It’s not a big corporate setup at all. It feels more like a busy home kitchen sometimes. There are always recipe notes scribbled on scraps of paper and samples sitting on the counters. We spend our mornings going over what needs to be cooked or shipped out. The team is just a handful of us who really like food. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big HR department. When we aren't working, we usually sit outside for a bit to get some air. Bedla Road has changed over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just want to make decent food and keep the business running without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes we run out of ingredients or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a simple life and we are happy enough with the way things are going.
