Purohit Cafe

We are located on the ground floor of Anand Plaza. It’s on University Road, which is a pretty well-known street here in Udaipur. Since we are near the University, we see a lot of younger people and students coming through our doors at Purohit Cafe. The area around Udaipur HO is always moving. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like a good fit for us. It’s not a giant cafe with sofas and complicated coffee machines. We kept things basic with simple seating and a regular counter. The light comes in from the front and we just keep the place tidy. University Road can get quite congested with bikes and cars, especially in the afternoons. You can hear the sounds of the street from where we sit, but it adds to the atmosphere of the place. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished brochures for us. It is just a local business in a local plaza. Most of our customers are regulars who live or work nearby in the 313001 area. They know we are here on the ground floor and they just drop in when they have a break. It’s a straightforward spot for anyone who happens to be in this part of Udaipur. We just do our own thing day in and day out. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's not.
