Peppers The Food Court

Peppers The Food Court is located at Surajpole Panchsheel Marg. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always something happening outside. We’ve got a fair amount of space here, which is good because it can get crowded. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly just a place for people to come and get something to eat without much fuss. The floors are hard tile because they’re easy to mop, and the tables are the sturdy kind. We spend a lot of our time making sure things are stocked and the bins are emptied. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We aren't a big chain with a manual for everything. We just figure it out as we go. If a lightbulb goes out, we grab a ladder and change it. The staff is mostly local folks who know the Surajpole area well. We like being on Panchsheel Marg because it’s easy for people to find us. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a food court where the goal is to keep things moving and keep the place decent. It’s a lot of routine, but we don't mind that at all. We just take each day as it comes. Usually, we are just busy keeping the tables clear and the food ready.
