Jainarayan Caterers

We are based in Udaipur, specifically near the Seva Asharam Chouraha. Our place is close to the Dalal Petrol Pump and right across from B.N. College. It’s a busy spot in town, which is good for a catering business like ours. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or out delivering food to various events. We’ve been doing this for quite a while now under the name Jainarayan Caterers. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in. The building we work out of is plain and functional because that’s what we need for cooking and storage. We don't spend money on fancy decor for our office since we are usually busy with pots, pans, and ingredients. You can usually smell what we are cooking if you walk by. We handle a lot of weddings and local parties around Udaipur. It’s hard work, starting very early in the morning to get everything fresh. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually find out about us by eating our food at someone else's party. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there's enough for everyone to eat. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s kept us busy for years. We just take one order at a time and do our best with it. It's a lot of sweating over stoves but we don't mind. That is just how the catering life goes for us here in Udaipur.
