Hotel Vishnupriya

You can find us at Sukhdevi Apartments in Samta Nagar, Udaipur. We are in unit 304. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside at all. This is where we handle the business side of Hotel Vishnupriya. Since the hotel itself is busy, having this separate space for the office work helps us stay focused. There’s a lot of data entry and booking management that goes on in this apartment. We have a couple of computers and a printer that usually needs more ink. It’s a simple setup. Samta Nagar is a bit away from the main tourist hubs, which is fine by us. It’s easier to park the bikes here. We usually have the windows open to let in a breeze, though Udaipur can get quite dusty. The neighbors know us as the office folks. We don't have any flashy signs or posters on the walls, just calendars and some charts to keep track of room availability. It’s a practical way to run things without the noise of the main lobby. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor when the power goes out, but that’s just life in Rajasthan. We just stay here and do the work that keeps the hotel guests happy at the other location. It's our daily grind.
