Chang Hotel & Restaurant

We’ve been running the Chang Hotel & Restaurant for quite some time now over on Ahmedabad Road. If you are coming down NH 8, you probably know the spot near the Old Toll Naka in Udaipur Ho. It is a busy area but we like it here. Most days start early for us because there is always something to clean or a table to set before people start showing up. We aren't a fancy place with lots of decorations, just a regular building where folks can stop by when they are traveling or living nearby in Udaipur-Rajasthan. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud because of the highway, but once you step inside, it is just a normal place to sit down. The staff here has been with us for a bit, so we all know how things work. We try to keep things simple and organized, even when it gets a little hectic during the lunch rush. Most people find us because they are passing through the 313001 area. We don't spend much time on the computer or making big signs. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. It is a practical setup really. You get your room or your meal and that is about it. Udaipur is a big city, but our corner near the old toll naka feels like its own little world. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big fuss about it.
