If you're driving along the Airport Road in Udaipur, you’ll find us at Shop no 1. We’re pretty close to Transport Nagar, which means we see a lot of trucks and people traveling long distances. Behru Nath Highway Hotel is basically a roadside stop for folks who need a break from the wheel. The air is often a bit dusty from all the vehicles passing by, but we keep the place open for anyone who needs to sit down. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations or plush carpets. It’s mostly just tables, chairs, and the sound of the highway. The sun gets really hot in Rajasthan, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can during the middle of the day. There’s always a lot of tea being made and people chatting about their routes or where they're heading next. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the building shows its age, but it works for what we need. The staff here are used to the long hours and the heat. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on serving the people who pull over. It’s a honest day’s work for us. Whether it's a driver looking for a quick bite or a family on a road trip, we just provide a place to stop before they get back on the road to Udaipur HO. We keep things moving every single day.
