Hotel Krishnaraj Pure Vegiterian

We are located on N H 76, right on Chittor Road in Bhatewaar. It is a spot where many drivers and families stop when they are heading towards Udaipur. Being a pure vegetarian place means we only handle veg ingredients here, so there is no meat at all in our kitchen. It gets pretty dusty out on the highway but we try to keep the tables wiped down and the water cold for guests. There isn't much else around this part of Bhatewaar, so we see a lot of the same truck drivers who pass through every week. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit. That is just how it is here in Rajasthan. We have been open for quite some time now. My cousin helps out with the kitchen and I usually handle the front. It isn't a fancy building with glass walls or anything like that. Just a simple roof. We have some sturdy chairs for people to sit and eat their dal bati or whatever we have ready that day. It’s mostly just us working hard to get the food out fast so people can get back to their drive. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do what we do every day.
