Hotel Hill Lake

Tucked away in the old part of town, you can find us at Chandpole. The specific spot is Purohit Ji Ka Khurra, right by Imli Ghat. It’s a very traditional area with narrow lanes and old stone walls. Living and working here means you get to see the real side of the city every morning. The lake is right there, and the sound of the water is something we hear constantly. Our building fits right into the neighborhood, sitting along the Ghat where people go about their daily business. It’s not the easiest place to drive a big car into because the streets were made a long time ago. Most people just walk or use scooters to get around here. We have a few floors, and the stairs are a bit steep because of how these houses were built. Our staff members are mostly locals who have grown up in these same streets. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us managing the place and talking to the people who decide to stay with us. Sometimes the power goes out in the old city, but we just deal with it like everyone else around here. It’s a slow pace of life compared to the main city center. We spend our days watching the sunset over the ghats and making sure everything is in order for the next day. It is just a quiet corner of the city where we do our best to stay organized and keep things moving.
