Hotel Empire Palace

Hotel Empire Palace is located at 16 Saheli Marg, right near the Polo Ground and the Field Club. It’s a pretty nice area of 313001, actually. You can see people heading over to the club or the grounds for events sometimes. I’ve lived around here for years, and working at the hotel feels natural now. The building is a bit older, which gives it a certain feel that you don’t get with the newer spots. We have a lot of space out front, but it’s mostly just for parking and people coming and going. Inside, things are simple. We don’t go for the high-end look because that’s not really who we are. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready when someone shows up. Being near the Polo Ground means we get some interesting crowds during the season. You see people in their gear or families coming to watch. It’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city market, which I think is a good thing. I spend a lot of time checking the registers and making sure things are running okay. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the routine of it all. Saheli Marg is a good street to be on. It’s got a bit of history to it, just like our hotel does. We’re just here, doing our jobs every day, hoping for no leaks.
