Five Star Garden

We started Five Star Garden out here on Ayad Main Road near Thokar Choruha a while back. It is mostly just an open space where people come to sit and eat without feeling cramped like in some of those indoor places. We have got some plants and trees around, though they grow at their own pace and sometimes the leaves get everywhere when it is windy. It is nothing fancy, just a big area with tables. We spent a lot of time fixing up the lights so it looks okay in the evenings. Most of our regulars are folks from around the 313001 area or people just passing through the Choruha who are tired of the traffic. The kitchen is tucked away in the back and we try to keep things moving fast, but sometimes when it is busy you might have to wait a bit. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us and a few helpers making sure the food is hot and the seats are clean. The weather out here in Udaipur can be a bit much, but the garden stays fairly cool once the sun goes down. People usually come by with their families or just a few friends to grab a bite. We are right there on the main road, so it’s easy to find even if the sign isn't the biggest. It is just a regular spot for local food and fresh air.
