Everest International Restaurant

We have been running Everest International Restaurant here on Rani Road for a while now. It's quite close to Fateh Sagar Lake, which is nice for a walk after you finish eating. We mostly cook regular meals for people living around Udaipur HO or those visiting the lake area for the day. The place isn't fancy or anything like that, but we keep it clean and comfortable. People come in for lunch or dinner, and we just try to get the food out hot and fresh as fast as we can. Rajasthan gets really hot in the summer, so having a shaded spot to sit down and eat is good for everyone. We handle different kinds of dishes because that's what people usually ask for when they come through this part of Udaipur. My staff and I stay mostly busy in the kitchen or clearing off the tables. It's a very straightforward setup. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we stay right here at 766 Rani Road. It's a local spot where you can grab a bite without a lot of fuss or waiting around. Sometimes it gets a bit busy on the weekends because of the lake being so near, but we usually manage just fine. If you are around this part of town and need some food, we are easy to find. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual cooking that keeps the local folks coming back.
