Enigma Restaurant

We are inside the Grande Sita Hotel here in Udaipur. It’s located at 46-47 in the Kamlawadi area, just inside Udiyapole. Being part of the hotel means we see a lot of travelers coming through. Udaipur is always full of people visiting the lakes and the palaces. Our spot is pretty easy to find if you are already at the hotel. We serve the guests staying here and anyone else who walks in from the street. It’s a busy part of town near the head office. The staff here has been around for a while. We know the routines. The kitchen gets going early for breakfast and stays busy until late evening. It’s not a huge place, just a regular restaurant setup with tables and chairs. We keep things clean and the food comes out as fast as we can make it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the tourist season. That's just Udaipur for you. We don't do anything too fancy. Just the usual meals you'd expect. The Udiyapole area is quite active, so there’s always something happening outside. If you’re staying at the Grande Sita, you’ve probably seen us already. We are right there on the ground floors. We just try to get the orders right and make sure people have enough to eat. It’s a job like any other, but we enjoy seeing new faces every day from different parts of India and even from abroad. It is a very normal, local operation.
