Eat &Treat Restro

This is our other spot in Udaipur, over in Subhash Nagar at shop number 5A. We are situated right in the Char Bangla area, which is pretty close to M.B Ground. If you know the airport road side of Subhash Nagar, you’ve probably walked past us. It’s a smaller shop compared to some, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time in the back prep area. The neighborhood here is a bit different, more of a local residential feel mixed with the ground nearby. We see a lot of people who come for walks at M.B Ground stopping in. It’s a straightforward setup. We didn’t hire any fancy designers for the interior. We just put up what we needed and started cooking. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets crowded in the evenings. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or the fridge acting up, but that’s just part of running a shop in Rajasthan. We try to keep things simple and honest. You won’t find any big promises here, just a place to sit and eat something. We start early to get the vegetables chopped and the dough ready. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We just stay focused on the orders and making sure the floor is swept. That’s our daily life here.
