Eat & Treat Restro

We’ve been running Eat & Treat Restro on Main Airport Road for some time now. Being right near B N College means we see a lot of young faces every single day. It’s a busy stretch of road in Udaipur, especially with people rushing to catch flights or students heading to class. Our place isn't anything fancy with big decorations. It’s just a simple setup with tables and chairs where you can sit down. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is clean before the first person walks in. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, and the Rajasthan heat can be a lot, but we manage. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local business trying to do things right. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the talk ourselves. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s an event at the college. We just focus on getting the food out without too much fuss. If you’re driving toward the airport or just walking around the neighborhood, you’ll find us easily. We don’t use any complicated recipes, just stuff that tastes like it should. It’s a lot of work staying open late, but we like the routine of it. We keep the doors open and wait for whoever comes by. That is basically how we operate here every day.
