It’s a family-run kind of thing. We aren't looking to be the biggest place in Udaipur, just a steady spot for a meal. The sun gets really hot here in the afternoons. We try to keep it cool inside for anyone stopping by. Road Number 4 is pretty busy during the day. We see a lot of people passing through heading to the stone yards or the other shops nearby. Our kitchen is simple. We don't use fancy equipment, just the basics that get the job done. It’s a lot of work to keep things running every day. We open early and shut down when the work day ends for most people. There isn't much to say other than we are just a local restaurant in Madri trying to do our job.
