Delhi 6 pizza hub and restaurant

Our shop, Delhi 6 pizza hub and restaurant, is on the first floor right on Narayan Seva Sansthan Road in Hiran Magri. We’re pretty close to Rajasthan Bakery, which is a landmark everyone in this part of Udaipur knows. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Lal Path Lab. It’s a busy corner of the city. We spend our time making pizzas and other stuff for the local crowd. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the road, though mostly it’s just watching the traffic go by. Udaipur gets quite warm, so we’re usually busy in the evenings when things cool down. We don’t have a massive dining room, but we make do with the space we have. It’s mostly locals who live in Hiran Magri coming in after work or school. We keep the ovens running and try to keep the place tidy. There’s always someone coming in asking for directions to the Sansthan or the bakery. It’s a practical location, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We don’t do anything too complicated. We just open up in the morning, prep the dough, and wait for the orders to start coming. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much for people, but they still make the climb. It’s a basic restaurant setup where we just focus on the food and getting the orders right for the families around here. We’ve fixed the chairs a few times and painted the walls ourselves. It’s just a normal place for normal people.
