Curry N Crunch

We set up Curry N Crunch on university road in Udaipur. It’s right there in Ayad, near the corner of the 100ft road. It’s a good spot because of all the students and people moving around the university. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but this part is more about the everyday rush. We have been at this 313001 address for a while now. It’s just a plain room with some tables, nothing too fancy to look at. We focus on getting the food right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. My cousin handles the front and I stay near the tandoor. It gets hot back there, especially in the summer months. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just wake up, buy the ingredients, and start cooking. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy Friday. The 100ft road corner is always busy, so there’s always something to see out the window. We like the energy of the area. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels alive. We try to keep the prices fair so anyone can come in. We don't use any fancy machines, just our hands and some old pots. It’s been a learning process for us. Every day is a bit different.
