S.T. & Co.

S.T. & Co. is situated at 144, B/2 in Polpettai West. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main market areas, which is nice for us. Our building is a simple structure that has been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We do a bit of everything here, mostly trading and dealing with general goods that people in the area need. The shop is not very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack our crates and boxes. If you walk in, you will probably see one of us sitting near the back or moving items around to make space. We have a regular routine that starts early in the morning. We open up the doors, sweep the front, and get ready for whatever the day brings. Most of our customers are people from around Polpettai who have known us for years. They stop by not just to buy things but sometimes just to say hello or talk about the weather. We do not use any modern marketing tricks to get people inside. The sign over the door is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows who we are. It is the kind of business where your word matters more than a piece of paper. We just try to keep things honest and work hard until it is time to close up for the evening. It is a modest life and the work is steady, which is all we really ask for at the end of the day.
