J.A.Vaiz & Co. is located at 20 Victoria Street. It's an address we've held for a long time. The building has seen better days, maybe, but it serves our purposes just fine. We don't spend money on fancy renovations when the money could go toward better equipment or just keeping things steady for the staff. When you walk in, you’ll see some old wooden desks and probably a few stacks of folders that need filing. We aren't the type to have a sleek website or a bunch of marketing talk. We just handle the business as it comes through the door. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and they know where to find us. Victoria Street is a good spot for us. It’s central enough but not right in the middle of the worst city traffic. We start the day early and usually stay until the last task is finished. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is closest does it. It’s a practical way to run a company. We don’t have big meetings about goals or values. We just try to be fair and get the job done properly. It's a simple operation, really. Nothing more and nothing less. Just a few people working hard at number 20. It might not be fancy, but it is reliable.
