You can find us at F-137 in the RIICO Industrial Area in Deoli. Sag Stones Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company, but on a daily basis, it is just a group of us working with the machinery and the stone blocks. Deoli is a major hub for the stone industry, so we are surrounded by many other similar businesses. It is a noisy place because of the sound of saws cutting through stone all day long. We have a lot of space in the RIICO area, which is good because stone takes up a lot of room and it is hard to move around. We do not have a polished front office for visitors. Most of the time, we are out on the floor or in the yard checking the quality of the finish on the slabs. It is a lot of grime and water from the cutting process. We focus on getting the orders out on time, which is not always easy when the equipment breaks down. We talk to a lot of different people, from the truck drivers to the builders. It is a practical business and we do not use a lot of fancy talk. If the stone is good, it sells itself without much help. We just make sure it is processed correctly and loaded safely.
