Rahul Stone Industries

Our yard, Rahul Stone Industries, is located just behind the RIICO Industrial Area in Deoli. It is a bit of a rugged spot but it works well for the type of heavy stone work we do. Being near RIICO means there is always some kind of industrial activity going on around us. We deal with raw stone and the processing that comes with it. It’s a lot of hard work and the guys here are usually covered in stone dust by lunchtime. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. We have a small office where we keep the books and take orders, but most of the action happens out in the open. Deoli is a good place for this kind of business because of the local resources. We get trucks coming in from the quarries and others leaving for different parts of the state. We’ve had some slow times and some busy times, but we just keep the machines running. It’s a very practical kind of life. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the stone is solid. People know us in Deoli for being reliable enough to get the job done without any fuss. It’s just how we operate. We have been working this same yard for years and the routine hasn't changed much, which is fine by us.
