Ajmera Marble

Ajmera Marble is based out in Village Dooni, which is near Deoli in the Tonk district. We are situated quite close to the Tonk Road, so it is easy enough for trucks to find us. This place is pretty rural, and we like the pace of life here. We deal with marble all day, every day. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the slabs don't crack when we are moving them around the yard. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know how to handle the stone. People from all over the Taluka come by to see what we have in stock. The yard is usually quite messy with scraps and dust, but that’s just how a stone yard looks. We spend a lot of time outdoors, regardless of whether it’s raining or the sun is blazing. We don't really use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show people what we have and tell them the price. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine of loading and unloading. Sometimes we have a quiet day where we can finally organize the back of the yard, but those are rare. We've been part of the Dooni community for a long time and plan to stay right here on Tonk Road. It is hard work, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now.
